Where are orders shipped from?

Doyobi Life is based in the UK.

How much is shipping?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, handing over to the domestic carrier/s of the destination country where applicable. Shipping is calculated by weight and is charged to you at Royal Mail rates (1st Class for UK orders, International Tracked for all others).

Can I track my order?

For all non-UK orders, yes. You will be sent a tracking link and code to the email address you provide in the checkout process once the order has been handed to Royal Mail.

How long will my order take to arrive?

This is tremendously variable, but it's best to go by the estimates given by Royal Mail: UK 1st Class, International Tracked.
